Warranty conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Please check the product during delivery to ensure that the warranty conditions apply. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us at our online support department within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the defective product which you will send us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product will not be returned and exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
