Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Istanbul Central Warehouse, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
Delivery times of special production products vary according to production time. The delivery information and times of such products are indicated on the product pages.
In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be informed based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by MARJİNALDERİ guarantee by our contracted cargo companies.
For orders shipped to European countries, consumers have the right to return products within 14 days without providing any reason. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
If you decide to return a product, you can drop it off at the nearest office of the courier company that delivered it to you. Please make sure to include the return shipping label provided by our customer service team.
